Expeditions by raft to the glowworm-filled Ruakuri Cave, plus waterfalls & underground rivers
Marakopa Falls
Take this 5-10min walk to view this stunning 40m water fall. The drive to the falls are approx 30min from Waitomo village
Mangapohue Bridge
Take a short 5min walk from the carpark to view this majestic limestone arch. This is a short drive from the Marakopa Falls.
Waitomo Lookout
Take this 10min walk up through native bush and limestone rocks to view the Waitomo lookout and also view the top of the zipline park.
Ruakuri Bushwalk
A lovely 30 min walk through native bush & limestone country. Walk at night to see glowworms along the river banks.
